Summary
Refer has two benefit, first it gives you sign up referral codes to use when you don't have one. Many times both the referrer and the referred person get bonuses for using it! Secondly, once you have an account you can input your code, then when other people use the app they have a random chance of using their code, which will gives you more bonuses!
