Renewal is also painful -- the emailed link fails and you have to renew from within the app which is difficult because the buttons are unreadable -- white text on a bright yellow background. Given the quality of the app, the price should be way less, or even free.

2023-05-13	Co*****	App has been updated for the first time in YEARS so it can run on modern devices...that's about the only good thing. Won't let me select Fahrenheit as my unit of measure in the app and whatever math they use to convert between F and C is wrong. If I set my tub to 103 degrees F on the panel, the app reports 51.5 degrees Celsius, which is 124 EDIT: Looks like they updated the app on May 10th to fix the issue with selecting Farenheit as a unit of measure as well as the F to C conversion

2023-03-01	Ca*****	Worst time ever logging in. Adding all the SSID numbers and passwords CAN BE MONOTONOUS. Multiple tries before finally getting the correct masking on wifi using WPA2 with password correct! Once I got it working its flawless.

2021-06-17	Ra*****	Used to work on Wi-Fi only but now will not connect to my J375. Oddly, my iPad running iOS 14.6 connects right up, just not my Android 10 phone. I no longer need the cellular version because we now winterize the spa.

2020-11-27	Fr*****	Unable to even login. When it asks me to confirm terms of service, there's nothing to check to confirm i agree. Also when I click learn more on your Google play page, it brings me to an Arabic page. Please help!

2020-04-13	A *****	They want to charge for an app, which at best cannot link, then when it does is useless and slow at best, when you consider you pay thousands for Jacuzzi and they wish to charge yearly its like pouring salt on a wound, I still haven't had a problem (not working since new) with my volcano jet and a year later still nothing, avoid Jacuzzi there are better options available. Thank you Jacuzzi for such an experience followed by a further wish to charge me for a terrible app
