App and website load very slowly, making the app nearly unusable.
Multiple bugs including login issues and inability to track or view orders after submission.
Poor synchronization between online orders and physical store staff; store workers often unaware of online orders.
Notifications disappear after opening and the medicine reminder notifications are delayed or unreliable.

Recent reviews

Just one more useless app. In the app your order has status "waiting " but the drug store workers say what your order declined. The are not interested to sell the goods online. Many time the drug stor workers had no idea what online order I mean, some of them don't know that app exists.
