2024-04-29	Ra*****	Poor experience , advise to never pay parking through this app, as there's a bug in the app. I paid through this app and got the SMS of successful payment yet got the parking ticket for the Same , tried too much to revert but failed and ultimately have to pay the ticket.

2023-10-09	Ay*****	Slow app.. not an customer friendly app. Everytime I sign up via UAE PASS.sometimes App not loading and I can't able to start my work without pay for parking. If I have urgent work,Sometimes I will pay through SMS. Right now check another problem. It works on WIFI. It doesn't works on Mobile Data (DU). Even though mobile data speed is above 1.3 Gbps and upload speed is 24 Mbps

2023-09-14	Zu*****	Honestly, I don't know what the reasons for those giving such bad feedback for MPDA app. It's the 3rd month I am using the app and two times had top up MPDA wallet in this 3months and used 24 times the parking services. I found the app professional easy to use, fast, and very convenient. And I have used the App sometimes on my android mobile and sometimes on my iPhone with equally the same experience.

2023-01-27	Mu*****	I purchased 100 hours of parking in Ajman, was able to login using UAE PASS, Now cannot login. Cant recover password using registered email and password. 200aeds seems to be downed. Useless app.
