I paid by card but the payment was refused. The driver was informed via the app, but I wasn’t. This kind of app should build trust and ensure smooth payment. It created an uncomfortable situation: making the driver wait, contacting support, and checking with my bank. Also, drivers can keep the ride open if they wait, increasing the cost (waiting time isn’t free). No clear info in the app, and the driver didn’t speak English so cant explain me correctly. Support service helps us in both case.
