Letsgo.al OPS

LetsGo OPS is the staff app for events on the LetsGo platform. It is
used by event organizers and their door teams — not by the general
public. You sign in with a staff account created by your organizer.


What you can do, based on your role:

• Operator — Scan ticket QR codes at the entrance for fast check-in.
Sell and admit tickets at the door, including cash. Works offline:
scans are saved on the phone or local Hub and synced when the connection returns.

• Manager — See live event numbers: tickets sold, guests entered, and
money at the door. Manage door staff, tables, and guest lists.

• Hostess — Look up guests, check tickets without using them, and
manage table seating.

• Promoter (PR) — Share your invite link, build your guest list, and
manage your clients.

• Push notifications for shifts, new assignments, and guest arrivals.
• Secure sign-in that keeps your session safe on the device.
