Extremely close to perfection we had in venerable WindowsXP/partially achievable in Win7 (noth rooted in/based om WinNT) & some LinuX distros for engineers/sci/tech/professional use, UNlike putrid Win10/11/etc. Although none of this/any theme can match total user-customization we had in WinXP + IE combo, this theme is kind of very close, tho problem is WASTING (enormous) time to customize each software/app in WIn 10/11 remains vs single action/system-wide setting that was applicable & ENFORCED in WinXP. ANyway, thanks for this gift man, it relieved me from hacking/coding manually yo achieve this professional BLACKness.
