So why is there such a vast discrepancy in reviews here for this product? Some people hate it completely because of trying to get the money back or something. But what is. this got to do with the tool itself, though not the business practices of those managing it. But the actual functionality of the tool as it is, I find it nice and simple and it does what I needed to do. But of course I don't know of all tools out there, and I'm sure there's going to be another one that's much better suited to me, etcetera.
