The new tab system's default theme makes background/inactive tabs blue, making certain pages favicons extremely hard to see (including Chrome's own settings icons). So I adjusted them all to be an off-white.

Incognito active tab/toolbar color can't be changed independently from the non-incognito toolbar color, so we are stuck with white.

This is great! When I first got Microsoft Edge (Chrome Extensions work on Edge) the title bar was blue, I enabled that in Windows Settings. But it was just too blue, yet with this, it's the perfect ballence! Blue, and off-white. Love it!
