What is Weblings?

Weblings is a Chrome extension that adds a little joy to your browser's new tab page. With customizable options of characters, dialogue, and backgrounds, Weblings offers color, positivity, and greetings to brighten up your day. Choose from four image sets, including Foodlings, Fruit and Veglings, Scribblings, and Weatherlings. Enjoy puns, positivity, or greetings of your choice and switch seamlessly between light and dark mode. Add joy to every tab with Weblings!

Every time you open a new tab or window in Chrome, one of the Weblings will appear with a heartening welcome, a lighthearted pun, or a spark of positivity to brighten up your day. The Weblings are an assortment of characters of my own creation.
