Extremely disappointing and concerning experience I had a very bad experience with Dukascopy Bank. My account was suddenly blocked without proper explanation, and I lost access to both my funds and customer support. To make things worse, my remaining balance (around €4000) was transferred without my consent, labeled as a “donation,” which I never authorized. I repeatedly contacted support, but all I received were vague responses like “we forwarded your case,” with no real answers.
