Users find the Golf Canada app useful for basic stroke play scoring and GPS maps during golf, but widespread issues hamper the experience. Frequent crashes, poor GPS accuracy, inability to edit or save rounds reliably, and loss of detailed hole-by-hole stats frustrate players. The forced per-hole score entry and lack of historic score management are major pain points. While some like the updated design and features after reinstalling, most wish for improvements such as restoring detailed stat tracking, better stability, editing options, and improved GPS functionality.

Lack of ability to manage clubs or create a personalized bag in the app

Stat tracking terrible. Older version of inputting scores and stats much better and faster to input. Please return stats to hold by hole score input as an option.

There's a Home button bug that's been there for years now. After you post a score, the Home button does NOT take you back to Welcome screen so you can review your friend's latest scores and such. Instead, it acts just like the Profile button. The workaround is to kill the running Golf Canada app and restart it to see the Welcome screen.
