But in all honesty you're better off just shadow boxing actual combinations and learning why they work, because this app has no use to a boxer unless you just want some sort of boxer-esque workout. I guess you could argue "the randomness keeps you unpredictable/this forces you to react quickly" but realistically this is not how boxing works. Each punch is a specially situational tool that has its use. This randomness, sets no pacing/rhythm, and has no set up context.
