However, it took me ten months to gain access after I had subscribed, with maybe 20 letters to the publisher and customer service and no response at all. Eventually I thought to write to the app developer and they got me. I may have just been unlucky, but please be aware there's a risk in dealing with a customer service that doesn't service customers.

2023-05-21	Av*****	App doesn't work. I am subscribed to Shop Notes but my library is empty even after performing a sync. I can access my issues via the web site but not through the app. There is no customer service available and the Contract Us in the app just allows you to copy some info about the app but no way to contact anyone

2023-05-11	Mi*****	Doesn't log into my account correctly. I've had a subscription since the relaunch. The app claims that I have nothing available and it won't let me view without a purchase.
