2026-08-10	Ni*****	couldn't top up my phone after a week ago providing my passport to transfer money to another account which i always did prior. . wont allow you to choose a network or change the amount from €10, very disappointed. the help feature was no help .

2026-08-09	Ge*****	The latest app update has made banking much harder. Removing Quick Pick means I must search for every employee instead of using my regular payees. References now require extra steps and are no longer visible in the payment list. The app also lags badly, making 10+ salary payments very time-consuming. Finger print log in sorted

2026-08-09	Si*****	Where TBF has My saved Topup data gone !?! When I try to setup {TOPUP to a new mobile} it is impossible to enter the network name everything is grey\locked where there should be a dropdown to choose the network I had done several topup on the previous version and that is wiped out now plus I cannot delete from my profile IN this app a landline number I dont even recognise ^^ please fix these bugs ABy directed me to ring support and if I cant topup then its catch 22 isnt it!!

2026-08-09	J *****	New app looks good but where is the preview for the balance? Edit. Thanks for the quick response but that button was so handy. I don't want to login to see my balance as sometimes you aren't always in a private place (eg crowded).

2026-08-09	Ai*****	Was stuck on holidays with no way of sending payments or using the app. App said I had to be in Ireland to do the ID verification. How does that work when people are on holidays or living abroad? Also, quick balance is gone. Very annoying!
