OVS

OVS is an individual and private experience for participants in organizational workplace wellness pilot programs.

With your permission, the app reads selected data from Health Connect—sleep, heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV), and steps—to estimate a personal reading of capacity, workload, recovery, and sustainable pace. If you allow it, this reading also happens in the background, so data collection doesn't depend on opening the app.

In OVS you can:
• see your estimated capacity for the day in Today;

• track your daily history in Capacity;

• receive an Initial Chronotype Hypothesis, based on a short questionnaire, to compare with your data throughout the pilot;

• protect access with biometrics, if you wish;

• track the data collection status, pause it, and exit the pilot at any time.

In pilots that enable it, the Coach tab provides an interactive tour of the conversation formats, with illustrative examples.

Your individual data remains private. Information intended for the organization is presented only in aggregate form, respecting a minimum group of participants.

The OVS does not make diagnoses, does not prescribe treatments, does not replace professional health guidance, and does not classify people. Access authorization to Health Connect is optional and read-only.
