Ponto Reflecta is the official work time tracking app for Vida Vista Clínica. Professionals can clock in quickly, securely, and with auditability directly from their cell phones.

• Clock in in seconds: arrival, break start, break return, and final departure.

• Integrated facial recognition to ensure that the person clocking in is you.

• Geolocation via geofencing: automatically validates if you are within the authorized work area.

• Complete clock-in history in the app itself, with exact time and location recorded.

• Direct clock-in adjustment request through the app, with approval workflow by the coordination team.

• Multiple work locations configurable by the administrative team.

• Device linking: each cell phone needs to be authorized by an administrator before starting to record clock-ins.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY

The app is for internal use and restricted to registered professionals of Vida Vista Clínica. Facial biometric data and location information are used exclusively to validate time and attendance records, are not shared with third parties, and are not used for any commercial purpose. Location is never captured in the background.
