Book CRM is the field-sales app for Truxo's own sales team. It puts a rep's whole book — every lead, contact, call and follow-up — on their phone, so a territory can be worked from the road instead of a laptop.

A TRUXO TEAM ACCOUNT IS REQUIRED
This app is for Truxo's sales team. There is no public sign-up: if you have not been given credentials by your manager, you will not be able to sign in.

YOUR DAY, ALREADY SORTED
Today opens on what actually needs attention — follow-ups that are overdue or due today, leads nobody has contacted yet, leads newly assigned to you, and accounts that have gone quiet. The day's numbers sit above them: what is due, what is open, what the pipeline is worth and what has been won.

THE PIPELINE, IN YOUR OWN WORDS
The stages are named the way the team actually sells: Prospect, New lead, Contacting, Demo scheduled, Post demo/POC, Closed. Tap a stage to see what is sitting in it, search the whole book at once, and swipe a lead to log a call or move it forward without opening it. Lead categories can be created and managed from the phone, including in the middle of filling in a form.

EVERY CONVERSATION IN ONE PLACE
Each lead keeps a timeline — calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, stage moves and notes — beside its contacts and the next step you have set. Log a call in a couple of taps while it is still fresh, and set the next step before you put the phone away.

FOLLOW-UPS WORTH SENDING
Draft a WhatsApp message from the lead's own details. Choose the purpose, the tone and the length, add an instruction of your own, then send it from your own number or copy it and send it later. Save the settings you like as a personal template and reuse them on the next lead. Either way, the message is recorded on the lead's timeline.

EMAIL WITHOUT LEAVING THE RECORD
Send an email to a lead from inside the app, with the exchange kept on the same timeline as everything else.

WON AND LOST, KEPT HONEST
Closed leads are grouped into Won and Lost, searchable, each showing how long it spent in the pipeline. The accounts you have won carry through into their own list, so a customer does not stop existing the moment the deal closes.

IT FITS THE PHONE IT RUNS ON
Unlock with Face ID or your fingerprint. Get a notification when a lead is assigned to you or something needs a reply, and choose which ones you want. Your scheduled next steps can mirror into your phone's own calendar so they sit beside the rest of your day — off by default, and reversible at any time.

Every screen respects the text size you have chosen and is built to work with TalkBack, because a tool used in a truck cab and a car park has to stay readable.
