Slateworks

Slateworks is the field app for specialty contractors — paving, sealcoating, roofing, concrete, fencing, and the trades like them. It runs on the same system your office uses to estimate and schedule work, so the crew sees exactly what was bid, and the office sees exactly what got done.

FOR FIELD LEADS

• Today's jobs — what's scheduled, where, and what to bring
• File the daily report from the jobsite: quantities, crew hours, photos, notes
• Reports are georeferenced and timestamped at submission — no paperwork later
• Dictate notes and scope by voice instead of typing on the tailgate
• Flag changes in the field so change orders start the same day
• Works with a weak signal — reports queue and send when you're back in coverage

FOR ESTIMATORS AND OWNERS
• Capture a bid on site by voice and photo, priced against your own cost model
• Review and approve field reports as they come in
• See bid vs. actual quantities and hours per job, every day

Slateworks accounts are provisioned by your company. There is no in-app sign-up — ask your office administrator for access, or visit slateworks.ai to learn more.
