Simple Report

Simple Report keeps your reports private, and provides plain-language definitions for any medical terms you might not fully understand.

Scan a report with your phone or import it as a PDF. Text is locally extracted to your device and never uploaded. Tap any medical term you do not recognise to show a plain-language definition that is stored offline in the app.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

Your reports never leave your phone. There is no cloud sync, no account to create and no email address to give us. Everything is stored encrypted on the device, and the medical dictionary works offline.

We do not use AI on your reports. Nothing is summarised, interpreted or scored. The dictionary defines individual medical terms, exactly as a glossary does. It is maintained by a doctor, and every definition tells you whether it has been medically reviewed yet.

FOR FAMILIES

Add a profile for each person whose reports you keep. Your father's cardiology and your daughter's check-ups stay separate and never get mixed up.

PLANS

Simple Report is free to use, with room for a few reports and one profile. Two paid plans lift those limits. The Personal plan gives you unlimited reports. The Family plan adds unlimited profiles, so everyone you care for gets their own private record. Both are available monthly, annually, or as a one-off lifetime purchase. Everything you have already saved stays readable on any plan, permanently.
