It is made for patients, caregivers, families, travelers, and anyone who wants a calmer way to get ready for a medical appointment. The app keeps everything organized in one simple visit plan so important details are easier to remember when time with a clinician is limited.

What you can do with VisitReady:

- Add the questions you want to ask during the appointment
- Record symptoms with severity, start time, patterns, and extra details
- Keep a medicine and supplement list with dose, schedule, and reason
- Track a preparation score so you can see what still needs attention
- Mark questions and symptoms as discussed during the visit
- Save follow-up notes for next steps, tests, medicines, referrals, or reminders
- Search and filter your visit plans by upcoming, ready, needs prep, or completed
- Share a visit summary through Android's share sheet when you choose

VisitReady does not require an account. Your saved visit plans are stored on your device. The app includes an optional feedback form on the About Developer screen; feedback is sent only when you choose to submit it.
