Tawazun does not measure blood pressure or blood sugar from your phone. Enter readings from your real monitor or meter, then use the app to organize, review, and share them.

CLEAN DAILY DASHBOARD
Open Tawazun and see the numbers that matter first. The home screen shows total BP readings, total sugar readings, recent averages, and the latest saved values. Color labels help you notice whether a reading is within a common range, above range, or below range. These labels are informational only and should be checked with professional guidance.

FAST LOGGING
The log screen keeps entry simple. Choose BP or sugar, type the reading, add an optional note, and save. Notes can help you remember context such as food, sleep, walking, stress, medicine timing, or how you felt that day.

HISTORY AND TRENDS
Use the history list to review saved readings by date and time. Trend charts make it easier to see recent changes without searching through paper notes or scattered messages. A shareable report can summarize recent readings before a clinic visit or family check-in.

REMINDERS THAT STAY LOCAL
Set a daily BP reminder and a daily sugar reminder. Tawazun uses local notifications only. Reminder settings stay on your device and are restored after restart.

PRIVACY & DATA
Tawazun is local-first. Your readings are stored on your device. The app does not require an account, does not include ads, and does not use an internet permission.

The app uses notification permission only if you turn on daily reminders. It uses boot permission only to restore those local reminders after your device restarts. You can clear all saved readings from inside the app, and uninstalling the app also removes its local data from the device.
