LabSpline helps adults organize lab reports and review numerical changes from one timeline.
Capture a paper report, choose an image, PDF, or CSV, or enter values manually, then verify every field before saving.

REVIEW BEFORE YOU SAVE

Text recognition creates an editable draft on your device. Compare the test name, value, unit, date, laboratory, and reported range with the original. LabSpline does not save an imported report until you confirm that review.

LAB REPORT ORGANIZATION

- Keep separate local profiles for different record timelines
- Store source dates, laboratory names, test labels, values, units, and reported ranges
- Browse reports in chronological order and open every measurement
- Delete individual reports or an entire local profile
- Share a text summary through Android's system share sheet

NUMERICAL LAB TRENDS

- Compare supported units across reports with dimension-safe conversion
- Plot compatible measurements on an adaptive trend chart
- Show first-to-latest percent change and median slope per year
- Mark unusually large mathematical steps using a median-based calculation
- Classify each value only against the low and high range saved from its source report
- Leave the range unclassified when the report does not provide one

FLEXIBLE REPORT INPUT

- Take a full-resolution photo through the device camera app
- Select an existing report image or a PDF with up to 20 pages
- Import structured CSV text with size limits and validation
- Enter or correct every field manually
- Continue report processing in the background with visible progress and cancellation

TEST INFORMATION

Search a built-in index of 33 common laboratory markers by name or abbreviation. For supported markers, an optional setting can request educational test information from MedlinePlus using the standard LOINC code. The app does not send the report value, source image, profile name, or laboratory name with that request.

LOCAL DATA CONTROLS

Sensitive content fields such as names, report text, values, units, and ranges are encrypted before they are written to the app's local database. Structural dates and relationship metadata remain only inside the app-private database. Add a biometric or device-credential lock, export a password-protected backup, restore newer records with conflict handling, and delete saved reports from inside the app. No account is required.

ADAPTIVE EXPERIENCE

Use compact navigation on phones and a side rail with wider list-detail layouts on tablets and foldables. Choose system, light, or dark appearance, dynamic color on supported devices, and reduced motion.
