CoffeeDial is a focused journal for improving espresso, pour-over, and other manual coffee brews. Create a brew session, record what you tried, and keep the next adjustment ready for the following cup.

Start from a guided brew template

Choose an espresso dial, pour-over, grind adjustment, taste log, or next-brew plan. Each template gives the session a practical starting structure so you can focus on the variables that matter for that brew.

Keep each attempt organized

Record the brew title and notes, review the setup and goal, and move the session through Logging, Dialing, and Dialed states. A readiness indicator helps you see how much of the session record has been prepared.

Turn tasting into a next action

Use brew notes to capture what happened in the cup and what you want to change. Keep grind, ratio, timing, water, preparation, and taste observations together instead of relying on memory between brews.

Review built-in brewing guidance

CoffeeDial includes concise references for espresso ratios, extraction time, water temperature, and pour-over bloom. These references are starting points for experimentation rather than fixed rules for every coffee or machine.

Keep your journal on your device

Brew sessions are stored in app-private local storage and do not require an account. You can create, review, edit, and delete sessions without sending the journal to the developer.

Send feedback when you choose

An optional feedback form can send your message and optional reply email to the developer through Web3Forms. A technical footer includes app and Android version information, manufacturer, and device model to help understand the report. Internet access is otherwise used only when you open an external resource link.
