Live chat does not respond, can't create space between words or send my questions. Poor app interface for android phone (Xiaomi 13T). For example the photo/live chat options are covered by the phones interface buttons.

This app is unbelievable everytime I take a picture it kept saying error and every time I picture the question the picture randomly spin like horizontal or vertical its very frustrating if a take a picture it should be that
