PartlyCloudy helps operational teams stay across weather and hazard alerts for the sites they work on.

The mobile app is designed for workers and contacts in organisations already using the PartlyCloudy platform. Sign in with an invite link, email verification, or a site QR code, then receive mobile push notifications when configured alert rules affect your locations.

Use the app to:

- View active alerts for your organisation’s locations
- See alert severity, type, timing, and current status
- Open alert details with the operational message and supporting context
- Receive mobile push notifications for assigned alert rules
- Manage which site, rule, or rule-group alerts are enabled for your contact profile
- Use quiet hours to suppress push notifications while keeping alerts visible in the app
- Register or revoke this device from your PartlyCloudy account

PartlyCloudy supports alert workflows configured in the web dashboard, including lightning, weather observations, warnings, and forecast-based operational planning alerts.

Administrators and site managers use the dashboard to create alert rules, manage contacts, configure delivery channels, and generate QR codes for site onboarding.

This app is not a general consumer weather app. Access requires an authorised PartlyCloudy organisation account, invite, or approved site onboarding flow.
