Nirvani

Nirvani is the mobile companion to the Nirvani revenue infrastructure platform. It gives business owners, operators, and team members access to their customer records, conversations, calendar, pipeline, and automated workflows from a single signed-in account.

Core functionality:

Unified inbox across SMS, email, web chat, Facebook Messenger, Instagram DMs, Google Business Messages, and WhatsApp. Assign, snooze, archive, or reply from one threaded view.
Contacts and CRM. Search, view, edit, and add contacts with full activity history including calls, messages, appointments, tasks, notes, payments, and form submissions.
Calendar and appointments. View bookings, accept or decline requests, reschedule, and block availability. Syncs with Google Calendar and Outlook through your connected account.
Pipelines and opportunities. Move deals across stages, update values, and view pipeline totals filtered by owner, stage, or date.
Tasks and notes tied to a contact or opportunity. Capture notes from meetings or calls.
Calling and voicemail. Place and receive calls on your business number, view recordings, and read voicemail transcriptions.
Payments. Send invoices, view payment status, and record manual payments against a contact record.
Forms and submissions captured from your websites and landing pages.
Push notifications for new messages, missed calls, voicemails, appointment requests, and assigned tasks. Configurable per channel.
Team and roles. Sign in as owner, admin, or staff. Permissions follow the role assigned by your account administrator.
Multi-location support and global search across contacts, conversations, opportunities, and appointments.
A Nirvani account provisioned by Nirvani Company is required. The app has no standalone functionality without an active account. Accounts are established through the onboarding process at nirvani.ai. Login uses email and password with optional two-factor authentication.

Permissions: camera and photos for attachments; microphone for voice notes and in-app calling; contacts (optional) for CRM import; notifications for messages, calls, and tasks; location (optional) for tagging visit notes.
