MapleCare is the caregiver app for home care agencies that run scheduling and visit records on the MapleCare platform.

It does one job, and it does it quickly: let a caregiver clock in when they arrive at a client's home, and clock out when they leave.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• See the visits assigned to you for the day
• Open a visit to check the client and the scheduled time
• Clock in when you arrive, clock out when you finish
• Look back at earlier days to confirm what was recorded

HOW LOCATION IS USED
The app records a single location reading at the moment you tap Clock In or Clock Out. That reading is sent with the punch so your agency can confirm the visit took place at the client's home. Location is never collected in the background, and the app does not track you between visits.

WORKS WHEN SIGNAL DOESN'T
Care happens in basements, rural areas and buildings with no bars. If you clock in without a connection, the punch is saved on your phone and sent automatically once you are back online. Your visit list stays readable offline too.

BUILT FOR EVV RECORDKEEPING
Each punch records who, what, when and where, giving your agency the audit trail Electronic Visit Verification programs expect.

YOU NEED AN ACCOUNT FROM YOUR AGENCY
This is a workplace app, not a public one. Your employer creates your account and assigns your visits. If your agency does not use MapleCare, you will not be able to sign in.
