WHAT YOU DO IN THE APP

Training
View the series designed by your trainer, with weight, repetitions, and rest time for each exercise. Start and finish each session to record your progress.

Medication
Track what was prescribed by your doctor, including dosage, route, and frequency. Record the doses taken and receive reminders at the right time.

Weekly Check-in
Answer the follow-up questionnaire created by the team, with the exercises and questions from your protocol, and record your weight and perceived exertion.

Schedule
Check your schedule and book appointments with the professionals who treat you, in person or via telehealth.

Exams
Securely send your exams to the team for evaluation, directly from your cell phone.

Clinical Record
Keep your allergies, comorbidities, and current medications always up-to-date — the team uses this information before any prescription.

Medical Record
Track the progress recorded by professionals throughout your treatment.

Notifications
Receive alerts when your medication is shipped, your training is updated, or a prescription is issued, as well as check-in and appointment reminders. You choose which alerts you want to receive in Settings.

SECURITY AND PRIVACY

Your clinical data is encrypted, and access is segregated by professional profile: each team member sees only what their role allows. The app offers biometric unlocking and does not expose content when switching between apps.

You can view your data, correct it, and request account deletion at any time within the app itself.
