Yappe is a safe messaging app made for children – and for parents who want to be sure who their child is talking to.

• Parents verify themselves with BankID. Real adults are in control - no anonymous strangers.
• Parents approve every single contact before the child can talk to anyone.
• Content filter catches bullying and foul language, and notifies the parents.
• Open parental visibility: Parents are notified of flagged content and see deleted messages – not the usual conversations.
• No advertising. No tracking. No algorithmic feed that draws the child in.

• Messages, photos, videos and reactions.
• Group chat with friends and siblings.
• Video calls (VideoYapp) with floating image while doing other things.

• Children without their own phone can also log in - with a one-time code from the parent.

Message content is stored encrypted. Yappe is Norwegian-made, and privacy is part of the design - not an afterthought. We do not sell data, and there are no third-party ad networks.

SUBSCRIPTION
Yappe requires a subscription for full access. Children use Yappe for free as long as one of the guardians has an active subscription.

Payment will be charged to your Google account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel in Google Play.
