Glimma AI User Research

Glimma AI User Research helps invited participants take part in customer and user research studies directly from their mobile devices.

During a study, you may be asked to:

• Share your opinions through an AI-moderated voice conversation
• Test a website, app, prototype, product or service
• Complete tasks and describe your experience
• Answer follow-up questions based on your responses
• Upload photos when required by the study

You can only access studies that you have been invited to join. The content and length of each study may vary.

Your responses may be recorded, transcribed and analysed as part of the research project. Before starting, you will receive information about the study and how your data will be used.

A microphone and internet connection may be required to participate.
