FuberWords: English Flashcards

FuberWords makes flashcards and spaced repetition effortless. With classic flashcard apps you build a deck, open the app every day, flip cards and grade yourself. FuberWords removes all of that:

• THE DECK IS READY: the 10,000 most frequent English words, with Turkish meanings, IPA, audio pronunciation, example sentences and pictures.
• NO NEED TO OPEN THE APP: questions come to your home-screen widget, as cards that pop up on your screen and as notifications.
• NO CARD FLIPPING: every question is multiple choice. The app checks whether you knew it; you just pick Easy, Medium or Hard.

The modern FSRS algorithm schedules your reviews: easy words come back rarely, hard ones often. A few taps a day move words into long-term memory.

FuberWords teaches English with Turkish meanings, so it is made for Turkish speakers.

8 QUESTION TYPES
• Pick the meaning (English → Turkish) and pick the word (Turkish → English)
• Pick the correct usage: find the sentence that uses the word correctly among three wrong ones, and learn why the others are wrong
• Fill in the blank, listen and choose, correct spelling, pick the picture, true/false

AS MUCH AS YOU ALREADY KNOW
• A 2-minute level test skips the words you already know
• Tap "I know it" on a new word: you see the answer and the word comes back in about a month
• Easy, Medium and Hard each show when you will see the word again

WIDGET, POP-UP CARD, NOTIFICATION
• Small, medium and large home-screen widgets: see the question, tap an answer, get the result instantly
• A question card that pops up over other apps; you choose how often and set quiet hours
• Pop-up cards on Windows too; phone and computer share the same progress via a QR code

SEE YOUR PROGRESS
• Daily goal, streak, accuracy and a 30-day chart
• Word book: new, learning and mastered words; mark any word as hard
• 24 topics: food, travel, work, emotions, health… start with any topic
• Mastered words by level, from A1 to C2
