From there it builds a program made for you, and keeps refining it as you train — leaning into what's working, programming around injuries and flare-ups, and adjusting to whatever life throws your way.

The coaching reflects how the best coaches and clinicians actually think — meeting you where you're at and taking it from there. Forge is a fitness and movement-coaching tool, not a medical app: it doesn't diagnose, treat, or replace your doctor or physical therapist.
