OneTap Voice Typing and Android AccessibilityService

Trace includes an optional Android feature called OneTap voice typing. With your explicit consent, OneTap uses Android's AccessibilityService API only to identify the editable text field you have focused, read limited text around the cursor, and insert or replace the words you dictate. It does not operate in password fields.

OneTap is off by default. You can pause it in Trace or disable it at any time in Android Accessibility settings. When optional final cleanup is enabled, your dictated text, limited nearby text, and the current app name are sent securely to Trace servers solely to improve dictation and assistant results. This information is not used for advertising and is not sold.
