CareFirst Driver

CareFirst Driver is the in-vehicle companion app for ambulance crew working with the CareFirst emergency response platform.

ACCESS IS RESTRICTED. This app is for authorised ambulance drivers and attendants only. Sign-in is gated to Google Workspace accounts in your ambulance organisation's authorised group. If you do not have a CareFirst Workspace account from your organisation, this app cannot be used by you and will refuse sign-in.

WHAT THE APP DOES

When you start your shift, CareFirst Driver puts your vehicle on the live dispatch board at your Command and Care Centre. When a dispatcher assigns you to an incident, the app delivers a high-priority alert with the patient location, route, and any case notes the dispatcher attached. You accept or decline with a single tap. Once you accept, the app tracks the mission through pickup, transport, and hospital handover, syncing each phase back to the dispatcher and to any hospital emergency department that is part of your CareFirst network.

FEATURES

- Shift management: start / end shift, pre-shift readiness checklist.
- Live mission alerts: full-screen, sound + vibration, lock-screen notification.
- Turn-by-turn navigation: route preview in-app, hands off to your preferred navigation app for the actual drive.
- Mission lifecycle tracking: en route, at scene, transporting, at hospital, handover.
- Location sharing: while on shift, your vehicle position is shared with your dispatcher and (during an active mission) with the patient and the receiving hospital. Location sharing stops automatically at end of shift.

LAUNCH PARTNER

CareFirst Driver launches in 2026 with ALMAS Hospital, Kottakkal, as the first partner ambulance organisation. The platform itself is hospital-agnostic and built for multi-organisation rollout.

PRIVACY AND DATA

Your driver profile, mission records, and shift location history are processed by CuraNova Global Med LLP on behalf of your ambulance organisation, under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India).
