As someone who loves Backyard.ai and uses it daily, this mobile app is terrible. Doesn't work like the desktop or mobile browser versions, constantly has issues, constant API failures, text formatting is broken. This should've stayed in beta, and the devs should probably read the plethora of posts the user base (used to) post about it when it was in early beta (but has since become a ghost town because of no dev interaction on feedback). I'll just stick to tethering to my mobile browser for now.
Loading was too long. The responding also too long time to take and waiting.
Running unauthorized local apps, switching users without permission, gaslighting.
The application is very brutal and ill-mannered
Characters available to chat are boring and uncreative
Honestly, it's a really good ai, no filters, no paying for any perks, the bots are quite consistent, the only thing that I have to complain is that it's a bit difficult for finding certain bots, but it might just be me, 100x better than character.ai.
Nice app and service!
Best Character ai alternative, no filters, great! But I wish you'll remove the token thingy so we can create our own bots anytime, but keep the tokens to edit the characters we didn't make. One more thing, I advice that you would promote your app more because it has potential! And create more characters! I hope you'll read my review!
They just have to improve on the ui.
Bad app. I can't sign in at all. When I login to my Google account it just sends me back to the app and nothing happens, and I don't get signed in.
