Argus watches your lifting videos and tells you what your form actually looks like.

Record a set on your phone the way you normally would. Pick the lift, upload the clip, and a few minutes later you get a breakdown of the set: a score for each rep, the faults it found, where in the video they happened, and what to do about them on your next set.

It works from the video alone. You don't need a wearable, a sensor or a special camera setup.

WHAT ARGUS LOOKS AT Depth, tempo, bar path, lockout, knee and hip position, and the things that tend to go wrong in a specific lift. A squat is checked differently from a deadlift, which is checked differently from a bench press.

WHAT YOU GET BACK A score per rep, so you can see which reps were good and where the set fell apart. A list of faults with the rep number and timestamp, a short explanation of why it matters, and how to correct it. One cue for your next set, so you're working on one thing at a time. A skeleton overlay on your video so you can see what the model was tracking. A history of your sessions and trends per lift over time.

COACHING STYLE Tell Argus whether you're new to lifting, training for strength or training for size, and the feedback is adjusted to match. If you have a coach, you can share a session with them and they can review it alongside the analysis.
