• Works offline: record everything without a signal and synchronize later
• Hose label (code/QR) reading via camera
• Inspection log with defects, recommendations, observations, and photos
• Access to the technical history of each hose
• Timesheet: time and service call tracking
• Daily summary before closing and sending
