USELESS, Well done B&Q for sourcing this product.

Come on - you should be able to do better than this. Using on B&Q website. Keeps asking to install viewer plugin for Chrome BUT its already been installed. Doesn't work, absolutely no support. A dreadful user experience. I've persevered because I'm computer literate and should be able to get further than most but no joy. The support on the vendor website is for retailers/developers not for end users. Well done 20-20 for selling to B&Q but shame on both of you for pushing out to humble users!
