The application is designed to reduce dependence on budget funds. The Company will diversify its sources of funding. Raising funds on domestic capital markets can be carried out primarily by issuing corporate bonds. The company will also attract funds from international financial institutions. The target business model defines two main areas of the Company’s activities: financial and non-financial support measures.

The first direction will include direct lending with its subsequent reduction to zero by 2025 and indirect lending as the institutional development of financial institutions in terms of financing the agro-industrial complex increases.

The company will also finance investment projects that have the greatest socio-economic effect on the agro-industrial complex.

Carrying out banking lending operations on the basis of an appropriate license;
Participation in the implementation of programs to support the agricultural sector through lending;
Attracting domestic and foreign investment;
Participation in the development and implementation of investment projects in the agro-industrial complex;
Carrying out leasing activities;
Funding of financial institutions;
Financing of legal entities using Islamic financial instruments for the purpose of financing subjects of the agro-industrial complex according to Islamic principles;
Other types of activities that correspond to the subject and purpose of the Company’s activities, provided for by this Charter, and corresponding to the list determined by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan for subsidiaries of legal entities of national management holdings.
