en | Beware before you sign up for this service. You need to be very IT literate because you are on your own. There is a lot that goes wrong and you need to be able to fix it yourself! From day one there were issues and I went through one IT tech after another who could not figure out how there system worked. I ended having to fix myself. I normally don’t give bad reviews but now they are charging me for another month even though after a year of giving them a chance I want to cancel! When I contacted them to cancel they would not give me my account number and made it very hard to get my phone number ported back to me. They guy said he would have a manger contact me which never happened. I told Century link how terrible they were being and they said they would help me. So I got my number back and tried to cancel and now there saying no they need to charge me another month. This is not the way you treat people. Especially with the Covid-19 hurting small business like myself, that speaks volumes on what kind of people run this company! |

en | I am a FluentStream customer and find the app a wonderful help when I want to work from home and take/receive calls and manage voicemail from my laptop. Modern telephony awesomeness. I keep it open on my work computer just to avoid managing my VM using my desk handset... If you're not a FluentStream customer, or are a customer and don't have "webphone" assigned to your account login, this app isn't going to do anything for you. |
