"mycloudllc.com DNS address could not be found" is the message. I can access Mycloud through iPhone installed app, but not with this app installed on Chromebook. What am I missing?

Brilliant if you set up your plex account correctly. Works with a WD My Cloud NAS as well which is not currnetly compatible with a chromebook.
