This is close to fraud. They do not care about you as customer, only about your payments.
Worse experience ever.
I thought I would use a free version but they took my money in quiet and peace for three years. Without a single notification. And now, after cancelling the subscription they do not even allow the access I ALREADY PAID FOR. After receiving money for years, for nothing, I expect them to refund the last payment from October 2018 but, they do not care. This is the worse Customer Experience ever.

John Potit, 2016-10-13Scammed $119 "buy" clicking try for free button. Company claims to have tiers. We received an email saying we were signed up and charged. Immediately within a minute of email receipt, I disputed and asked for a refund. We never used the product. Computer was signed into paypal. They will not even refund a portion claiming we chose a year over a lesser plan. Customer Service claims: "Per our Terms of Service, we do not offer a refund on the first payment..."
