FBOlink

"FBOlink" is a digital communications app that connects flight crews with Fixed Base Operators (FBO) Customer Service Representatives (CSR) in real-time. It allows pilots to send text messages from anywhere in the world, making it easy to communicate in-flight itinerary changes and unique passenger requests. Each message includes the aircraft's tail number and type, ensuring the FBO CSR can provide tailored assistance. With Read Receipts, both pilots and CSRs can confirm the success of their communication.
