Yaadro Venue Picker

Yaadro Venue Picker is a workplace app for authorised hotel and restaurant staff (venue pickers). It is not a consumer food-ordering or delivery marketplace. Guests do not place orders in this app. Pickers sign in with credentials issued by their venue to fulfil dine-in, room service, pickup, and drive-thru orders.

WHO IT IS FOR
• Venue pickers, servers, and similar staff roles
• Hotels and restaurants that use Yaadro operations
• Shared or personal staff devices at the venue

You need a venue picker ID and password from your shop. If you are a guest looking to order food, this app is not for you.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Sign in securely and keep your session on the device
• View open orders assigned to your scope (tables, rooms, pickup counter, or all venue)
• Open an order ticket with guest details, items, notes, table or room, and payment status
• Mark orders Ready, then Serve (dine-in / room) or Complete (pickup / drive-thru)
• Edit items and move serve location when your venue allows it
• Collect or update payment after delivery
• Review recent completed orders in History (yesterday and today, venue local time)
• Receive order alerts so new and updated tickets stay in sync
• Call the guest from the order when a phone number is provided
• Use dark mode and manage notification permission from Profile
• Sign out on shared devices

HOW IT WORKS
1. Sign in with your picker ID and password.
2. Work from the Open queue. Tap an order to see the full ticket.
3. Prepare the order, mark it Ready, then Serve or Complete as required.
4. Collect payment when the order is delivered and unpaid.
5. Check History for recently completed tickets.

PRIVACY AND WORKPLACE USE
Order details, guest name or phone, table or room labels, and payment fields appear only so you can serve the guest. Use this information for fulfilment only. Do not copy or share guest data outside your workplace process. Login tokens are stored securely on the device. Sign out when you finish on a shared phone.

This app does not sell personal information. Operational data stays within your venue’s Yaadro environment and the services needed to run the app (for example hosting and push notifications).
