i just downloaded the app and im unable to access it (the language prefrence option isnt working) what should i do?

Updated on 06 May 2026: Issue resolved and application works perfect with access to all visits, appointments, and medical reports. ===== 05 May 2026: The application is unusable in its current state. It gets stuck on the first screen during language selection, there is no dropdown menu available, and no option to proceed or bypass the page. This prevents any further access to the app and blocks the user entirely.
