Prime Tech

Prime Tech is the official field service application of Prime Technologies LLC, a UAE-based contracting company specialising in ELV, fire safety, HVAC, electrical, mechanical and solar systems.

The app is used by our engineers and technicians on site. It replaces paper job cards and handwritten service reports with a single tool for recording attendance, completing service reports, capturing customer approval, and submitting the results directly to the Prime Technologies office system.

Access requires a login. User accounts are issued by Prime Technologies LLC to its own employees and authorised technicians. The app is not intended for the general public.

FEATURES

Attendance
Technicians mark daily check-in and check-out from the job site. Records are sent to the office system for payroll and timesheet processing.

Service reports
Complete a full service report on a phone or tablet while on site. Each report covers header information, job card details, time on site, assigned engineers, services performed, observations, faults identified, recommendations and customer comments.

Job card details
Select the job number, job type, customer and site from company master lists. Job types include Site Survey, PPM, Fitout, Rectification and Project. LPO number, representative, location and DCD number can be recorded on the same screen.

Service categories
Report on ELV systems, fire alarm, fire fighting, emergency lighting, HVAC, mechanical, electrical and solar systems. Each category opens the fields relevant to that type of work.

Engineers and technicians
Assign one or more engineers to a job from the company staff list and record start time, end time and total hours on site.

Faults and recommendations
Log multiple faults per visit with a description of each, then add observations and recommended follow-up work for the customer.

Digital signatures
Capture the technician and customer signatures on the device screen to confirm the work at the point of completion, with no printing or scanning required.

Submission to the office
Completed reports are submitted to the Prime Technologies administration system, where office staff can review, approve and process them.

WHO THIS APP IS FOR

Prime Tech is an internal business application for Prime Technologies LLC staff. It is not a marketplace, and it does not offer services or bookings to the public. Customers of Prime Technologies do not need the app; they sign the completed report on the technician's device.
