تطبيق اسكان هو الحل الرسمي من مؤسسة محمد بن راشد للإسكان لتطوير تجربة الخدمات الإسكانية في دبي. يتميز التطبيق بواجهة مستخدم مجددة تسهل على العملاء التقديم على الخدمات الإسكانية الرئيسية والمساعدة بأقل خطوات ممكنة.

يوفر التطبيق لوحة تحكم تعرض الخدمات المفضلة وتفاصيل الطلبات وصيانة المساكن، مع إمكانية متابعة حالة الطلبات دون الحاجة لتسجيل الدخول. كما يسمح بالوصول إلى حاسبات تكلفة البناء والقروض بسهولة.

يشتمل التطبيق على طرق متعددة لتسجيل الدخول، منها UAE Pass وبطاقة الهوية الإماراتية، ويقدم دعمًا خاصًا لذوي الهمم عبر تعديل الخطوط والألوان وقارئ الأخبار. إضافة لذلك، تم تحسين محرك البحث ليشمل البحث الصوتي لتسهيل الوصول إلى الخدمات المطلوبة بسرعة.
