Ever scroll past a tweet and see an animated profile picture and want one for yourself? And when you go to upload a GIF - it uploads fine, but shows a static image of the first frame of the GIF.

It didn't work at all for me on an Acer Chromebook. The site given in the description was a dud. I didn't give it 0 stars because I'm a softie and feel bad for the developers. It was a great idea though! Hope to see it working in the future.
