1) PLEASE allow setting the delay time! I would select zero, as used by the previous extension. 2) ALSO, the extension INCONVENIENTLY refreshes tabs in ALL Chrome windows, whereas I am looking at just one window. PLEASE correct this. (Your predecessor extension, "Reload Tabs", performed both of these "properly".
